Everlasting Sunset on my Air Canada flight to Vancouver

Tuesday 3rd November my day started at 4.30 am, my taxi to the airport at 5.30 for my flight to Gatwick. The last few days there had been long delays due to dense fog in the UK. Today is clear and all is on is on time, I even got to catch the earlier National Express coach to Heathrow in time for breakfast. Then a few hours wait until my 3pm  and my Air Canada flight to Vancouver, estimated flight time 9hr 9min.

The setting sun followed our flight for several hours as we headed west across the ice fields of Greenland towards light skies over Newfoundland and the snow capped mountains of the North West Territories bathed in the late afternoon sunshine………..
